We are human, and so our mood and emotional state is variable. Understanding the factors that contribute to our mental health can help bring awareness to areas in need of support. Certainly, mental and emotional factors play a huge role in mental health, but so do physiological factors such as nutrition, hormonal, and digestive health.

Join Dr. Meghan Dougan, ND in understanding how nutrition plays a role in mood and mental health, particularly when it comes to stress and anxiety. She will be sharing what nutritional approaches are appropriate for regulating mood, as well as nutritionally dense, delicious recipes to try at home.

This is a free event!
